Re: how many glasses of water?

An average diet of 1,900 calories per day would dictate an intake of 1,900 ml (approximately 64 ounces) of water. However, people interpreted this as a recommendation to drink 1,900 ml of pure water, forgetting the fact that water is also found in abundance in the other liquids and foods we consume.

Re: Birth Control

A birth control implant is by far the most effective for women. It's convenient. It is always providing birth control and can't be seen. You don't need to remember to take a pill or get a shot. You don't have to interrupt sex to protect against pregnancy.

Re: Intermittent Fasting

Fasting and other diets like “very low energy diets” that cut back drastically on calories, or ketogenic diets, may actually increase the ease of adherence because, counterintuitively, they seem to make people less hungry. However, the results that come from asking a human to restrict their eating t...

Re: Intermittent Fasting

Intermittent fasting can be hard… but maybe it doesn’t have to be. Just changing the timing of meals, by eating earlier in the day and extending the overnight fast, significantly benefited metabolism even in people who didn’t lose a single pound.

Re: What is your prefer vaccine?

Everyone should get their vaccine shots because Delta may cause more breakthrough infections than earlier forms of the virus, but more than 99 percent of the hospitalizations and deaths are occurring among unvaccinated people. Rates of immunization in the country have stalled, with just under 60 per...

Re: What is your prefer vaccine?

How's everyone doing after their jabs? Did anyone of you experience genuine side effects? I can also see that a lot of people have come to realize that indeed to end this pandemic is to get vaccinated.

Re: What is your prefer vaccine?

I would prefer Pfizer or Moderna since they have the highest efficacy. Also, Janssen seems to be good because it only requires one jab! pretty much convenient especially if you are working. Side effects are there but is very expected for a vaccine.

Re: What is your prefer vaccine?

I dont really like have a brand preferences but for as long as I got vaccinated, I'm fine with it. However, I need to consult first to a Doctor before getting a jab. Have anyone here tried talking to a doctor or a physician via video call or telehealth? I've seen this blog and I am wondering if this...
