Been heartbroken many times. What I do is I keep on self improving. Finding new skills and hobbies. Tapos dont be afraid to stand up again. Learn to love yourself first. Feed your desires. If guy ka go to massage and relax and if pag girl ka raise your values and let guys treat you with respect.
