Most of the time wala. Pero may instances na mapapaisip ka na lang talaga e. Lalo na if may mapansin ka na dati mo nagagawa ng madali pero lately may effort na.

It's a common fear. Instead of listing the things that scare you about getting old, let's list the things that could assist in overcoming that fear:
Embrace the Present, but Plan for the Future. Focus on living in the moment. Practicing mindfulness helps a lot. While it’s important to live in the moment, having plans in place—like financial security, healthcare, and living arrangements—can alleviate anxiety about what lies ahead.
Think of Aging not as Dying but as Growth. Aging is a journey of growth, wisdom, and new experiences. All the knowledge, resilience, and perspectives you’ve gained over the years will increase.
Maintain a Healthy Lifestyle. Regular exercise, a balanced diet, adequate sleep, and stress management contribute to physical and mental health. Feeling healthy can reduce anxiety about aging.
Stay Connected Socially. Strong relationships with friends, family, and your community can provide emotional support.
Set New Goals and Pursuits. Keep your mind active by learning new skills, exploring hobbies, or engaging in activities that excite you.
Practice Self-Compassion. Be kind to yourself. Understanding that aging is a natural part of life and feeling anxious about it is a normal human experience.
Find Meaning and Purpose in Aging. Think about how you can use your experiences to mentor others, engage in meaningful work, or contribute to causes you care about.
Good luck.

Getting old is inevitable... yo cannot stop time nor can you stop your body from aging.
#1 .. is to die alone & no one to mourn for me
#2 .. is not to have someone or somebody to continue taking care of what I've left behind when I've already passed away
#3 .. last but not least; not leaving a legacy that will put a smile on me before I take my last breath
