Siguro hindi para sa lahat ito... personally, I've seen couples who have been together for a very long time who still shows their affection to each other. I've seen a young widow who is still has her devotion to her husband years after he died.
For me you can only say that you have a soulmate when your relationship and or devotion to your partner has been time-tested.
You don't wait for a soulmate, you make one.
