Sa mga nagggym ba, mas focused ba kayo sa Compound Movements or mas preferred nio ang Isolation?
Mixed of both.
Kung kulang ka time better compound movements.
Pero kung body building ka. Mas marami dapat isolation exercises

Mostly compound movements for general health and body balance.
Isolation for aesthetics, which is not a big deal to me and is a waste of limited gym time.
If you have daily gym time, isolation is essential to sculpt your ideal physique.

I have mostly do compound lifts since hindi naman ako bodybuilder. Also, I prefer heavy kettlebells sa akin since my mobility sucks and it also trains my heart and stamina.
