For me IF was effective and what i liked most about it is that i didn't feel deprived of food because i can still eat anything i want in moderation but only in a specific time frame. No cravings

i am not a nutrition nor health expert, but IMO, may binabagayan din talaga ung bawat diet or eating habits. depende din talaga sa body type or sa genes. kasi meron naman saten na kahit gaano naman kalakas kumain, hindi rin tumataba. ung mapapa-sana all ung iba sa 'tin na medyo healthy. buti na lang di din kami tabain. LOL

Di bagay sakin to since ang habol ko ay faster metabolism at kailangan nasa tama ang kain para ma-achieve yun

Effective saken tong IF. Nung nag lockdown nag start ako mag diet nasa 84kgs ako down to 68kgs.. With exercise (chloe ting,pamela reif) pero 2months lang tinamad nako 😅
Then nag stop ako September 2020 nawalan ako pang amoy hahaha (di ko alam kung covid o ano) pero hindi ako kumakain sa gabi. Hindi agad nag bounce back weight gain
Ngayon nasa 72kgs ako kahapon nag start ulit ako

Yung pattern na ginawa ko diretso 16/8 hanggang nag 20/4 ako,nag try ako mag 23/1 di ko kinaya so nag stick ako sa 18/6.

Mga three years ko ng ginagawa ito, almost effortless na nga, d ko n napapansin na naka-IF ako. Didn't lose weight but I do feel better.

Intermittent fasting works for weight loss only if you still keep the caloric restriction/limitation.
The benefits of IF are more holistic the way it trains your feeding instinct to chill out, how it improves blood sugar regulation, and how it leads to autophagy.

I've tried fasting from the night before till past noon. Not sure if that is enough, but didn't really see too much weightloss.
