For guys. Its usually condom or snip. Condom, like sabi ni lawliet, has still the risk of tear which may result in pregnancy or sti. A birth control implant is by far the most effective for women. It's convenient. It is always providing birth control and can't be seen. You don't need to remember to take a pill or get a shot. You don't have to interrupt sex to protect against pregnancy.
