rheumatoid arthritis can be experienced from late 20's and beyond. Medyo masakit yan specially when it goes chronic already. Those who experience the pain usually resort to taking of Nonsteroidal anti inflammatory drugs which sometimes destroy our liver and kidneys. Are there suggestion here kung anong home remedies ang pwede nating gamitin to avoid systemic complications?

Rubbing chili peppers on skin might help in the short term by increasing blood flow to the affected areas.

Holistically, anti-inflammatory foods should help by reducing pressure on nerves. Chili peppers, ginger, ginseng, and turmeric have anti-inflammatory effects when regularly eaten. Other foods are leafy greens, fatty fish, and tomatoes.
