Mga brad subukan nyo protein lang walang carbs meaning walang kanin, tinapay etc for 2 weeks.

^di ko kaya yang keto style diet. Sarap mag kanin eh haha. Pero as much as possible, balanced diet talaga. Macronutrient and calorie monitoring
