Regular healthy diet with balanced macros should be fine for most people.
But "performance" is directly linked to cardiovascular health, so less sodium, less trans and saturated fat, more fruits and vegetables, more fish, limit red meat, more tinola, less fried chicken.

Try to limit calories a little every few days to lose weight and limit cheat meals to 2 times a week max and you should see results.

For me u can eat anything main course but together with the black rice.Black rice have a lot of benifits specially to the diabetes people,less sugar,gluten free,antioxidant and can lose weight specially you are lazy to do any of the workout,highly revommended
