After one date? Yup. You can only love a person after knowing what's inside of them and if you like these things or if these things match with you.

After a single conversation? Yes, but less likely.

But, since love is a complex emotion of affection, devotion, and giving, this is unlikely. You probably just like them and the love thing is a coincidence when you look back. But I still think it's possible since the question is just "do you believe" and not "is it common".
