Doing this IF for couple of months. More of skipping bfast lng ginawa ko then late lunch and dinner na lang.

IF or when you take your meals has little to no effect on weight/fat loss usually.
But it is the total calories you intake that will really make a difference. If you skip breakfast, Pero babawiin nyo namam sa lunch and dinner na Marami kakainin nyo, Wala rin halos mangyayari na weight loss.

ive seen a coworker do it with conbination of exercise (stretchbands) kahit nasa office, tapos mostly snacking on peanuts din sya. idk if matatawag pa yung intermittent tho. results were great laki ng pinayat nya

Hindi na ata IF yun. Kasi pag IF no calories talaga. Water lang pwede

I usually reserve intermittent fasting (no water or food) for physical exams.
I'd rather go sa water fasting na lang. Para na kasing parusa yung IF. Ang sakit pa sa bangs pag gagawin kahit every other month.

I only eat once a day. I've done it for the last eight years. It was hard to start, but I'm now very used to it. My body has adjusted, so there is no weight loss any longer. I wouldn't recommend it for weight loss as a sole technique. There are easier and healthier ways to lose weight.

I did OMAD and still was able to play basketball with enough energy and not being hungry after. plus i feel very light. pero hindi biro ang OMAD if you are not used to fasting.
